At Cueva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
